Returns & Customer Satisfaction

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hrs with a photo of the issue so we can offer a replacement or refund.

Your satisfaction is our priority—if you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to message us!

NZ Shipping

1. Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping across New Zealand, including both North and South Islands. Some remote areas may experience extended delivery times.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • Rural Delivery: Additional 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays).

4. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5 (or free for orders over $100)

  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $9.99

  • Rural Delivery: Additional $2 surcharge

Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order through the courier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at zicoh.nz@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and order details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
